Description

Description

This Course focuses on the first two Last Planner® key principles:

1. Those who do the work, plan the work. The Last Planners®: trade foremen, designers, suppliers etc. Often these Last Planners® bring with a combined experience of 200-300 or more years.

2. Detailed planning and reliable commitments are made as the tasks get close (within 2 weeks).

As a construction or design leader you will learn step-by-step how to lead all-team collaborative pull planning sessions at the 30,000’ Milestone Plan Level (The Big Picture) and at the 10,000’ Phase Pull Plan Level (detailed activities and trade handoffs). Preparation checklists help you plan the ideal session. Printable Reference Guides keep you on track during pull planning sessions. Then you learn how to turn those phase pull plans into a detailed Production Plan using Weekly Work Planning.

These methods work well whether you’re using in-person analog “stickies” on a white wall or electronic cloud-based systems like Bosch RefinemySite, TouchPlan or vPlanner.
