We will clarify the roles of external and internal customers and how Value gets defined, understood and delivered.
This course also digs into the other side of the coin: what is Waste, how to spot it and what to do to reduce or eliminate it. Overall up to 12% of a project’s cost is Waste. One study found that 40-60% of that is caused by design. Another study found that 57% of construction labor is Waste.
